Some of the top jobs of the year are entertainment, media, sports, technology, financial services, education, consulting, technology, education, manufacturing, construction, nursing, administration, and management. Of course, there are a lot more than these mentioned, and these are just the most popular and successful. Also, some jobs are more popular than others.

Education is what started it all. There was a time when our schools had all the kids crammed together in one room studying. That was long before computers and the internet came along. Today, students are responsible for all their own learning and even take on board that which they've learned for learning at home or in college classes.

Technology has also changed the face of business. All of these elements add up to the emergence of the modern workforce, where people need to work differently and have to adapt to what's happening in our society. Businesses are based on computers, telecommunications, and everything else you can think of that can change how businesses operate.

People are taking advantage of technology in other ways too. They now work remotely, telecommute, and even use drones for surveillance. In our economy, people need to work from home, if they aren't already, to make more money. Everyone needs to be part of the development process because everyone's going to have something new in the coming years.

Entertainment, media, sports, and technology, are some of the top jobs in entertainment. It's not surprising that the entertainment industry has increased over the past two decades, but what's different is the audience and how people are viewing TV. As people continue to find more ways to get their interests, the industry will grow and prosper.

Financial services are growing as well. Due to the bad economy, this type of business isn't as prevalent. Still, the small business is thriving, the professionals are out there working, and there are a lot of people looking for financial assistance. This is the top job I would say, though there are a lot of other reasons why people choose this profession.

Consulting is another top job. Some call it the "dream job" and they aren't wrong. Professionals are hard to find these days, so those who do exist are very valuable. Consultants have the knowledge and skills to help companies succeed.

Healthcare is the third top job I've listed. Many Americans today rely on their medical insurance and if the healthcare system continues to deteriorate, then this top job will likely become a challenge. With the economy the way it is, you'd be crazy not to get into this field.

Human resources are probably the fourth most popular job of the year. This is a great way to start making a difference in your community and get involved. There are many people willing to hire people, but if you're the right person, you may be able to make some real change.
